The area between Craig and 215 and north of US 95 consists of homes developed in the late 1980s to around 2000. These neighborhoods are generally in nice shape.
One interesting development in this area is Los Prados...a golf community. It is guard gated and very well maintained. A significant number of airmen from Nellis call it home. Some of the neighborhoods within Los Prados are age restricted.
Many other nice tracts contribute to the area. Some very nice newer tracts in the area just south of the 215.
